Mrs. Jill Egizii - Mrs. Egizzi is the mother of 4 children. Illinois Speaker of the House Michael Madigan appointed Jill to the Illinois Family Law Study Committee whose mission is to review and revise state divorce law. She is also a Board Member of PAAO.org, an international organization whose mission is to educate and create awareness regarding parental alienation. For 15 years Jill has served as a Board Member for United Cerebral Palsy and hosts the weekly television show "Life Without Limits.
Dr. Warren Farrell - Dr. Warren Farrell is the author of two award winning international best sellers, "The Myth of Male Power" and "Why Men Are the Way They Are", published in over 50 countries in 8 languages. Dr. Farrell has served as an educator at the School of Medicine, University of California in San Diego, as well as teaching at Georgetown University, Rutgers, Brooklyn College, American University and the California School of Professional Psychology. His range of subjects includes political science, psychology, sociology, sexual politics and public administration.
Dr. Gordon Finley - Dr. Finley is Professor of Psychology at Florida International University in Miami. Dr. Finley has been involved in researching family dynamics and fatherhood issues for over thirty years. Numerous professional publications have carried his work including Family Court Review, the Journal of Marriage and Family, and the Journal of Family Issues. Gordon's commentary and op-ed articles have appeared in every major paper in the nation.

Dr. Jayne Major - Dr. Major earned her Ph.D in Philosophy of Education from UCLA. She is the Founder of Breakthrough Parenting Services, Inc. which works with parents and children involved in divorce and custody situations. This organization has currently provided education to over 19,000 parents in the Los Angeles area. For over twenty years, Dr. Major has written and published extensively on issues involving divorce, child custody, parenting and parental alienation. She is a regular columnist for Divorce Magazine.
Michael McCormick - Michael McCormick is a father of six children, active in the domestic relations field for the past 13 years. He is frequently asked to provide input on statute and policy development. Among others, his presentation credits include the Association of Family and Conciliation Court California conference, the National Family Law Reform Conference and The California Judicial Council Conference. His columns and commentary have appeared in magazines and newspapers around the country. He also appears regularly on network television discussing domestic issues. His past and present Board memberships include ACFC, The Saints Foundation and Men’s Health America.
William Moore III - Bill is a 13 year employee and Vice President with US Bank(USB), having the distinction of being the highest rated large bank in America. Bill graduated from Emory University in Atlanta GA, attaining Bachelors Degrees in Chemistry and Philosophy. Besides being a 'top gun', Bill is a US Bank Summit Award Winner. Bill is a Member of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and the Grady Health System Board of Visitors. Bill has two children, Alexander and Madeline. David Roberts - Mr. Roberts is a founding director of IAF. Mr. Roberts previously owned and operated his own precision machine tool company, Roberts Machine Tool, which specialized in critical quality items for the Navy's Level 1-subsafe program, and the nuclear power industry. He brings a rigorous "zero-defects" quality assurance philosophy to the management team of IAF.
Mr. Roberts, as a lobbyist, was instrumental in temporarily defeating some of the worst anti-family legislation coming from Washington
Mr. Roberts is also a published author and contributor of dozens of quality assurance, military history and strategy articles for small magazines ranging from Tooling and Production, to The General. Mr. Roberts brings a wealth of strategic developmental knowledge, as well as business experience, to IAF.
Stephen Walker - Stephen J. Walker, is a constitutional consultant to the legal community. Over the past 20 years he has authored numerous legal briefs involving constitutional arguments relevant to family law issues in multiple state and federal forums including the United States Supreme Court. His entrepreneurial and business background is in land development and construction. He is co-producer and co-host of the TV program entitled “Families and Children Really Matter”. The program airs on public and government/educational access TV. He is the former co-producer and co-host of the TV program entitled “Families in Transition” with more than 300 1/2 hour programs produced. He is the former Co- Director of the ON Step Institute for Mental Health Research, located in ManhattanNY.
